*Hosting and domain services provided through third party services designated by Grind Designs unless otherwise specified by client. Access to these services will be made available to both client and Grind Designs for the duration of the first two years. After the first two contract years, clients have the choice to elect to enlist Grind Designs' Content Management services or seek other management solutions

+Web site redesign costs only apply to the redesigning process. All hosting fees and domain renewal fees if applicable are the responsibility of the client. If the client wishes that Grind Designs assume these responsibilities, an additional fee will be added to the final cost of the redesign package. This fee varies based upon the terms of hosting and domain packages the client elects to include from a third party source.

++ This does not warrant a design change. Changes to the design or layout of a client's web site, unless caused by error on the part of the designer, will result in a fee of 50% of the total project cost. Content Management refers to the management of the content on a web site. This management would pertain to updating text which may include company news, price changes, ad retractions, email correspondences, etc. Yearly fee does not include server and/or domain costs.

All Prices and Costs expressed on this page include the actual site labor. There will be no charges for the hours put into these designs but we also ask that you respect the time that goes into designing a web site. Our current turnaround time can be anywhere from four days to a month depending on the information supplied by the client and their promptness when communicating with designers. We ask that companies provide basic information to us, such as but not limited to: Business Cards, Brochures, Promotional Materials, Catalogs.
